Would it not make sense to put in stuff like the chillis and garlic and blitz them first, then add the rest to be more finely chopped? Would stop you getting a really powerful mouthful by accident!

A great recipe Ive cooked twice but I always blend the sauce with everything still in it instead of straining, I feel that’s wasting all the goodness in there.

Five year old GF flour-not recommended 😂 Think I made some kind of sweet construction adhesive! What a disaster. Trying to cook late at night on a discombobulating windy night, really isn't worth it. Maybe a useful learning experience of a wasted 1.5hrs of my life😂 Why the sugar?? Mine tasted sweet and not cooked enough. Realised I missed the butter step. 😂

If you are looking for quick homemade naan this is your recipe. I took Indian cooking classes as it is my husband's favourite food. I've been making it for years but my naans have never been great. For the first time using this recipe I was excited to serve this naan and it was a pleasure working with the dough. The dough bubbled up like it's supposed to do and my husband loved it.
